  2.   Services Offered: Ryno Resources PTY LTD provides air conditioning and refrigeration services, including but not limited to consultation, installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.

  3.  Quotations and Estimates: All quotations and estimates provided by Ryno Resources PTY LTD are subject to change based on the scope of work and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the installation process.

  4.  Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in additional fees and/or legal action.

  5.  Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  6.  Warranty: Ryno Resources PTY LTD provides a warranty on all installation work performed. The duration and coverage of the warranty will be outlined in your contract.

  7.  Limitation of Liability: Ryno Resources PTY LTD shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In addition, where warrants are applied by law, you acknowledge and agree that the total amount of liability to us is limited to the total amount paid by you for the services that are subject of the course of action, even if the services were provided at no cost. This limitation of liability applies to the full extent of the law and shall exceed any termination or expiration of this agreement or your use of this website.

  8.  Insurance: Ryno Resources PTY LTD carries appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our company and our clients in the event of accidents or damages during the installation process.

  9.  Compliance: Ryno Resources PTY LTD adheres to all relevant regulations and standards governing the installation of air conditioning systems. We will obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the installation.

  10.  Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer's responsibility to provide clear access to the installation site and to ensure that any necessary preparations have been made prior to the scheduled installation date.
